Keep Weaving Life.

Your creativity has been a refuge, a way through, an arm down into the well, a path- strewn with multi-colored images;

A way to move forward.

Speak brave words of your feeling. Show up for intimacy with your breath.

Sing your sorrow so it might unfold into praise.

Touch your face slowly. Let your belly be big. Let your stories be seen.

You have crossed thresholds and you will cross more.

Let this tapestry of life be illuminated by hidden grace.

Let your soul be an offering to the world.

Get up early and pay attention to the earth.

Moan the underbelly of your sequestered frustration.

Move- foot by foot- on the moist ground, on the riverside rocks, see the floating hair in the stream of light.

Fold your body into shapes that allow your sadness to be known.

Trust in the evolution of your tides.

Celebrate the mystery of how hope makes a home in your heart once again.

Tremble, here, with the notes unknown and emerging.

Close your eyes when you say grace. Pause for presence.

There is love reaching toward you, clear a corner of your day for it to fill you.

Your tenderness is a gift that touches you.
